How to Find and Copy Your YouTube Video Link

On Desktop

  1. Go to youtube.com and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the video you want to share (either by searching or through your channel).
  3. Click on the video to open it.
  4. In the browser’s address bar, you will see the video URL, which looks like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX.
  5. Click the address bar to highlight the entire URL.
  6. Right-click the highlighted URL and select Copy, or press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac).

On the YouTube Mobile App

  1. Open the YouTube app and log in if necessary.
  2. Find and open the video you want to share.
  3. Tap the Share icon (an arrow) below the video.
  4. Tap Copy Link to copy the video URL to your clipboard.
  5. To paste the link, tap and hold any text field and select Paste.
